About Me

Welcome,
I am Marilyn at The Daisy Room in Hextable, Kent and would like to thank you for visiting my website. I am a fully qualified ITEC Holistic Therapist for last 19 years, my passion has always been for well-being of mind, body and spirit which led me to become a Holistic Massage & Facial Therapist after 25 years of working in administration.

I have travelled around the world to the most beautiful places and have experienced wonderful massages from Hawaii, Seychelles, Maldives, Australia, India and Europe. When deciding to open my own therapy garden room I wanted to bring to my clients the same peaceful and relaxing atmosphere with all the physical and emotional benefits that Holistic Therapies can bring to you.

We are always rushing around in day to day life that sometimes we need to just have time for ourselves and regain energy, release tension and stress or alleviate stiffness/soreness in the muscles and joints. Massage has many benefits for the mind, body and soul and you will be taking care of your well-being too, I believe Massage is therapy!

Having clear, fresh and smooth skin makes you feel confident. I offer three types of facials and a back facial too, using the wonderful products from Temple Spa that will make your skin glow and a radiant. Having a regular facial helps with your muscle tone, smoother skin and helps with fine lines & wrinkles too!

Welcome to The Daisy Room, on arrival of your first treatment you will have to complete a Confidential Consultation Form which will ask varies questions about your lifestyle and health. This will help me to bespoke the massage/facial to your needs and also making sure that it is safe for you have a massage as certain medical conditions are contradictions or you may need GP agreement.

Going forward you must confirm to me if any medical changes have occurred since you last treatment.

I will leave you then to undress leaving underwear on, towels are on the couch so you can cover yourself for when you get on to the couch. I will uncover depending on which part I am massaging, I will ask you to turn over when one side of the body is completed.

You will have relaxing music throughout your treatment so if you do fall asleep it's great you are truly relaxing your body and mind!

Please note that if you have a Reiki only session this is fully clothed.

I will gently confirm to you when your massage/facial is finish and will leave you to relax, when your ready you can then get yourself dressed again.

I will go through the aftercare advice with you.

Payment of treatment is due at the end.





 
The Daisy Room is a professional massage therapy room for ladies only. I am fully qualified Holistic & Facial Therapist, if at any time any inappropriate suggestion I will end the treatment and will NOT 
re book you again.

If you under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol I will not proceed with the treatment.


The are no parking restrictions on Plantation Road.
If you need to cancel your appointment I would like 24hrs notice please.

I understand that sometimes emergencies happen or adverse weather etc so if you can confirm the cancellation asap I would appreciate as these appointments are reserved for you.

You can then rebook and enjoy your treatment at another day.

In the event that I am unwell or an emergency has occured I will also contact you asap and rebook another appointment for you.
Congratulations! Yes you can have a massage after 13 weeks. I have a Relaxing Pregnancy Massage that you can book that is tailor especially for mums to be.

You can not have is a Bamboo or Lava Shells massage.

If you have a cold, flu or fever please cancel the appointment  and re book for another day.

Yes why not treat someone and get a gift voucher.
They are valid for 6 months and are non transferable.
